Impact: White page / Fatal errors

Change:

Impact: TypeError when calling count() on single objects

  - Line 290: Product category edit form

  OLD: if (count($productCatData) > 0) { ... }
  NEW: if (!empty($productCatData) && isset($productCatData->productCatId)) { ... }

Note: $productCatData is a single object from DAO->load(), not an array
