   - Fixed: @session_start() → PHP 8.2 compatible session

6. /library/db_main/rb.php (3 fixes)
   - Fixed: implements\IteratorAggregate → implements \IteratorAggregate
   - Fixed: new\ArrayIterator → new \ArrayIterator
   - Added: #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attributes (6 methods)

7. /public/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_compilebase.php
   - Fixed: each() → array('key' => key(), 'value' => current())
